Other Side Of The World ; 6:17 PM

Dinner with dad and brando on friday night was fun cause we get to eat nice restaurant food as compared to lunch's KFC. Not that KFC is bad cuz it's probably my favourite fast food joint. But anyways, we went to Milenia Walk for Outback then we popped by sembawang and they didn't have the Kooks either. Goodyness! So nope, in case you're wondering, I still haven't gotten my hands on the Kooks' albums yet. But I WILL. Mark my words! So we went to Harris and suddenly, brandon pops in front of me and he tells me that the sequel to the seven ancient wonders is out and of course, I bought it! It's called the six sacred stones. Read the intro alone and I want to read it so bad but I'm keeping it for later after I get through the three books I'm in the middle of. Which are According to the Rolling Stones, The Great Gatsby and Dedication. So gyea. Saving the best for last! (:

I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the computer (laptop, same old same old) watching Across The Universe. Jim can really sing. And the entire cast is really good vocally. It was a bit weird to see Evan Rachael Wood so clean cut though. She's not really that clean cut but it is squeeky clean compared to the whole marilyn manson shinannigan! And there was this scene with her and jim naked, making out in the water. Totally didn't need to see that. But Bono made a cameo and sang a song so I was a happy kid! Plus I think the best song in the whole movie was Hey Jude, that was sung by Joe Anderson. (that last name! I know, but they two have no connections. Sadly) It was a good sappy song and his vocals were great in it! And kudos to Saddie cuz she rocked it out!

And I have just watched an episode of Fight Quest plus some scenes here and there. And I figured I should stop watching people get beaten up. Especially since, you know. Yeah and there was this scene of Doug, who didn't shave for a while probably cuz shaving is the last thing on your mind after brutal trainings, and so he was scruffy and his hair was messed up and from this certain angle, I was like COOK. Ohmygawd. NOOOOOOOOOO. It was freaky for me. =X

It's back to school tomorrow and we're having PE tomorrow. Which sucks cuz it's either height and weight, or games (which won't suck that much) or the most dreadful, fitness and conditioning (since I fucking failed my bloody 2.4 run. GAHHHH). I hope I don't collapse in the middle of my runs cause that would be nasty. And hopefully the others won't be running that fast so I won't be so demoralised. Ahh, all I can do is to hope for the best. Plus crazy-ass timetable with double period revisions start from tomorrow and I have no early days anymore. And we'll probably start getting back our papers from tomorrow so I don't know. It's gonna be stressful and there's definitely more of that from where it's gonna come from. SHYTE.

Save me fom this misery.

Over the sea and far away
She's waiting like an iceberg
Waiting to change
But she's cold inside
She wants to be like the water

All the muscles tighten in her face
Buries her soul in one embrace
They're one and the same
Just like water

And the fire fades away
Most of everyday
Is full of tired excuses
But it's too hard to say
I wish it were simple
But we give up easily
You're close enough to see that
You're on the other side of the world to me

On comes the panic light
Holding on with fingers and feelings alike
But the time has come
To move along

And the fire fades away
Most of everyday
Is full of tired excuses
But it's too hard to say
I wish it were simple
But we give up easily
You're close enough to see that
You're on the other side of the world

Can you help me
Can you let me go
And can you still love me
When you can't see me anymore

And the fire fades away
Most of everyday
Is full of tired excuses
But it's too hard to say
I wish it were simple
But we give up easily
You're close enough to see that
You're on the other side of the world
On the other side of the world
You're on the other side of the world to me
