Jogged till the bush today with Sharon and both of us feel that we ran faster than we previously did! Fat better start melting off my ass soon or else I won't go running ever again. Running is super draining man, I came back, dried off, lay on the couch to read the papers and got knocked out. I only woke up at 11.30! LOL.
