Is it a little too late to do New Year Resolutions? Because here are mine:
1) Study. Study a lot harder. As crazy as that may sound, I know it's possible.
2) Get more sleep. Everyone who knows me knows that I can survive on less than 5 hours of sleep every night. The secret is that I catch up during the weekends and this has to stop. I resolve to get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday. And sleeping more doesn't have to equate to having less time to study. It just means I have to study more effectively!
3) Take time off to enjoy the smaller things in life. That is why I want to clear my work by friday so I can have Saturdays off to relax. Last semester's weekends were spent slogging out on tutorials after tutorials. So now, the plan is to do my tutorials during the week. Yes, that runs parallel to resolution number one.
4) Drink more water. This sounds stupid but I'm trying to get a clearer complexion and this tip seems to have worked for someone I know. Besides, drinking water is beneficial to the health too!
5) Be more organised and discipline. I must declutter. Clutters have been proven to add stress to people's lives. So declutter and organise! Discipline applies to maintaining organisation, as well as having the discipline to follow my resolutions!
And on that bombshell (oh yes, I'm stealing Jeremy Clarkson's line), I'll end it here. Gotta fulfill resolution number two! (:
